Turning in the application Please do one
application for each adult.
To apply for a house, print this application. Bring the
completed application and the $20 application fee ($20 for each
adult) to the office located at
4012 Dupont Circle, Office #110
any weekday between 10:00am and 2:00pm. If it's after
2:00pm, you can put the application and fee inside an envelope
and put it through the office mail slot located on the bottom of
the door.
Qualifications
We are flexible and willing to work with all clean
responsible folks who need a home. We are looking for applicants with good rental history,
good standing with utility companies and other creditors related
to housing. We do not look at medical bills or student loans,
and everything else we consider second to the landlord
references and rental history.
Yes! We accept
pets.
We do accept pets for a small non-refundable pet fee and
small additional pet rent. Many of our houses have fenced
in yards perfect for you pets and kids. Please tell us
about your pets on the application.
Directions to the office
We are located in the Sherwood Building on Dupont
Circle. We are across the street from Suburban Hospital, behind
Korrect Optical and Hooters and in front of the Professional
Towers building. Our address is 4012 Dupont Circle # 110.
From the Waterson expressway I-264 take exit 18 Breckenridge
Lane North. At the first intersection turn right onto
Dutchmans Lane. At the 4th stop light (with the bank on
your right) turn right onto Dupont Circle. We are in the
second building on the left. It's a cream color building
with brown trim. If you get lost, call us. We are
