Help Wanted:  We buy, renovate & rent single family houses in Louisville. 

                                        We need help with the renovation & clean up.

Contract Labor, Maintenance Helper

Work Description:  This position includes painting, plastering, framing, installing locks, installing cabinets, installing replacement windows, installing doors, installing vinyl floor tile, replacing glass, minor plumbing, minor electrical and clean up.

Requirements:  Applicant must have reliable transportation, basic tools and a working cell phone.

Compensation:  $8 - $12+ per hour (depending on skills, tools and truck) for weekly hours worked as an independent contractor.  A 1099 will be sent at end of the year.

What we want:  We want honest hard working people who do what they say and show up everyday on time.  Mon - Fri starting at 7:00 am.  Most of our contractors/workers have been with us for several years, many for over ten years.
